Meet Sherree!
I am a 51 year old Mum of two girls and I have been taking magnesium for years now. I have also encouraged my two girls to start taking them too. 2025 is the year I am putting myself first!
This year I am taking care of my gut and brain health. Some ways I am doing this is by making sure I get enough sleep, exercise regularly including reformer Pilates, drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy well balanced diet as well as taking 60 Billion probiotics and Mushroom Complex by Mindful Brain Lab.
