Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your shipping address.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $100 USD (subtotal before taxes and discounts).
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location:

5. How Your Order Ships
Most orders ship via standard postal carriers (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) or trusted couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships.
6. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the United States, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost. Mindful Brain Lab has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If you have questions about import fees, please check with your local customs office.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us. If the package is genuinely lost, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item in line with our refund policy.
Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. Please allow extra time before reaching out.
8. Delivery Confirmation & Address Accuracy
When you place an order, please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Mindful Brain Lab is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or stuck in customs due to incomplete information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
9. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
10. Shipping Carrier Choices
We work with carriers that offer the best value and reliability for your address. We reserve the right to choose or change carriers based on cost, speed, and service quality.
