 Welcome to Mindful Brain Lab's subscription service for monthly health supplements!

Enjoy the convenience of having your selected supplements delivered to your doorstep every month while saving 10% on each order. Here’s how it works:

Subscription Overview

  • Convenience: Monthly delivery of your chosen supplements.
  • Discount: A 10% discount is automatically applied to all your monthly invoices.
  • Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically deducted from your account once a month, starting from the date of your first purchase.
  • Selected Supplements: Only the supplements you’ve opted to subscribe to will be shipped—not our entire range.

Subscription Terms

  • Commitment: Subscriptions are locked for the first 3 months. Cancellations are only allowed after these initial 3 billing cycles.
  • Cancellation Notice: A 30-day notice is required to cancel your subscription. Refunds are not provided if this notice is not given. Cancelation can be done through your dashboard.
  • Price Variations: If prices change, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Price changes will apply to existing subscriptions after the notice period. You may pause or cancel your subscription if you do not accept the price change.
  • Pausing of subscription: You may pause your subscription as many time as you'd like, however your subscription will get cancelled after a 2 months pause.
  • Refunds for Damaged/Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy. You can see our return policy here: return policy

Please note that we do not offer money-back guarantee policy with subscription plans, as this policy is only made for first time purchases.

  • If your card declines: If your card declines, we will not be sending your monthly subscription package and your subscription will go on pause, and eventually be cancelled if payment details are not updated.

 

Subscription Details

  • Order Cycle: Subscriptions renew every 30 days from the date of your initial order unless paused or canceled in accordance with these terms.
  • Billing: The subscription amount and billing interval are detailed on the checkout page, in your confirmation email, and within your account dashboard.
  • Cut-off Time: Adjustments to your order must be made by 11:59 PM on the 26th day of your current order cycle. After this cut-off, no changes can be made until the next cycle begins.

Shipping:

Cost: shipping cost of your subscription will depend on the weight of your order and if the order is within the USA or international. You can find shipping cost and policy here: shipping 

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments, as we have no control over your country's duties and taxes.

we offer free shipping on any oder over $100 USD. This discount can be applied to your subscription plan.

Responsibilities

  • Account Information: Ensure your account information, including address details and delivery instructions, is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee applies. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current order cycle, and no further payments will be processed.
  • Resuming Subscription: You can resume your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

General Terms

  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any goods or services we offer.
  • Product Changes: All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Offers and Discounts: Any offers or discounts are void where prohibited by law or regulations.
  • Subscription Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and restrict re-subscription at any time without providing a reason. Termination will take effect at the end of the current order cycle without liability.
