Our subscription service delivers your selected supplements automatically, so you never run out, while rewarding you with better savings over time.

 How the Subscription Works

  • Monthly delivery of the supplements you choose
  • Save 10% on your first 3 deliveries
  • Save 15% ongoing from your 4th delivery onward
  • Automatic monthly billing starting from your first order date
  • Cancel or pause anytime via your account dashboard
  • Only the products you select are included in your subscription. You’re always in control.

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions renew every 30 days from your initial purchase date
  • Payments are processed automatically using your selected payment method
  • Subscription details (pricing, frequency, discounts) are visible at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your account dashboard

If a payment fails, your subscription will be paused until payment details are updated. Orders will resume once payment is successful.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard:

  • Pause or resume deliveries
  • Update products or quantities
  • Update billing or shipping details
  • Cancel your subscription

If a subscription is paused for more than 2 consecutive months, it may be automatically cancelled.

There are no cancellation fees. Any changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Order Changes & Cut-Off Times

  • Changes to your upcoming order must be made before 11:59 PM on day 26 of your current billing cycle
  • After this cut-off, changes will apply to the following cycle

Free shipping applies to subscription orders over $100 USD

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
