90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (One-Time Purchases)
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time, one-off purchases, so you can try Mindful Brain Lab with confidence.
If you’re not satisfied with your first one-time order, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time customers
- One-time (non-subscription) purchases
- Requests made within 90 days of delivery
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscription orders
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see section below)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30 Days)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
This applies to all orders, including:
- One-time purchases
- Subscription orders
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if available)
Subscription Purchases & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly and offered at a discounted rate. For this reason, subscription orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee.
However, we still stand by our products.
If a subscription order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund when contacted within 30 days of delivery.
Future subscription deliveries will continue unless paused or cancelled through your account dashboard.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- The subscription will be paused
- No order will be shipped
- No charge will be processed
Orders will resume once payment details are updated.
International Orders
For international orders:
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
